Also as no dominance in our district ... the theme of the place ... All the buildings are eclectic [ Roman integrated with Modernism ]
so i would like to be the landmark of this district... to be dominant...
by elevating the site + creating new theme in architecture wise...
through masses... respecting neighbourhood... caring about visual communication...
